A simple and easy no bake recipe with only few ingredients
Original snowflakes crips has stronger milk flavor where Matcha and Cocoa powder just neutralizes the sweetness of marshmallow.

Tips sharing

✏️ Use a non-stick pan
✏️ Prepare all the ingredients in advance，once doing it you have to keep stirring it until the end
✏️ Turn off the heat once marshmallow is melted completely or else your nougat texture is going to be harder
✏️ Mixed nuts roasted in advance
✏️ Choose a biscuit that is not easy to break or else you will feeling a lot of powder of your snowflake, preferably with a salty taste
✏️ Use small fire to melt the butter and marshmallow to avoid from burn
✏️ Use a rubber glove for easy shaping
✏️ Keep folding until cookies and nuts are coated evenly, it can be more chewy when you doing this step

Mixed nuts 50g
Dried strawberry 30g

Hi. I had hard time to melt d marshmallows in liq form, it turned gluey. Is my butter too little or I shud add some milk to make it liquid so it can cover d nuts n biscuits better? Appreciate ur advice. Tq

Hihi, you shouldnt adding milk into it.. not sure how much of butter you using but it wouldnt be a problem if u follow the recipe as stated. However, i know there are two type of marshmallow, maybe u try to get those can be melt when heated.
