I've watched the video twice. Where do you add the milk powder? Nevermind, I found the written instructions in the link below. Apparently the video doesn't show that step.

I used Corniche brand available at FairPrice Finest. But any other brands would work too! :)

usually after the marshmallows are melted… i think they missed noting this in the video

You mentioned that these are “popular in Taiwan” but yet you want to say these are good for “Chinese New Year”. I’m pretty sure not all the people in Taiwan call it “Chinese” New Year when they celebrate it. It’s ok to embrace calling it Lunar New Year. Maybe you would have had more likes than just under 80.
