Snowflakes...or Bootleggers and Baptists? | Campus Activism | Open College No. 32 | Stephen Hicks

Campus activism has a long history. However, generation to generation the grievances change. One generation ago, it was: "Speak Truth to Power!" Now it seems to be: "F*** truth and grab power!"
Where do the ideas come from? Are they kidding? Are these grievances legitimate?
In this podcast, Dr.. Hicks dismisses the snowflake terminology for these activists and instead discusses seven factors that indicate their actions are mature and calculated.

Hicks, Ph.D., is Professor of Philosophy at Rockford University, USA, and has had visiting positions at Georgetown University in Washington, D.C., University of Kasimir the Great in Poland, Oxford University’s Harris Manchester College in England, and Jagiellonian University in Poland.
