A dump truck comes into the snow dump and only half the snow will come out of the bed. They leave it in the best and then drive back to the snow blower and they put snow on top of the frozen snow in the bed and then they repeat this over and over all day. Somehow I don't see the taxpayers getting a return on their investment. Maybe having an excavator handy to scratch the frozen snow out of the truck bed would make too much sense. Maybe because it makes sense they won't do it.

also they are literally just taking it from one parking lot and dumping it into another... seems wildly inefficient, like there is a contract they signed and are just doing it so they get paid...

not enought snow in the front of the box, it need it to push all the snow out of the box
