You ain't wrong about the offroading. I own an 89 ford f-150 4x4 460ci (7.5 liter) 400hp/500fp that i picked up for 1000 us dollars. I drive it like an animal when I'm in the mountains. When I see deep mud and think "I would get slowed in that " I just hit it at 40mph and make it right through. When I play the game it's like there is a driving instructor forcing me to do it by the book.

So, from a realistic stand point, and from what I have read, watched, and heard as it relates to mud/snow; Spinning the tires clear the treads giving them more grip. Going 2 MPH would pack all the treads with snow/mud, basically leaving you driving on completely smooth tires with no grip at all. This game seems to work in the opposite.

Haha yeah exactly lol a driving instructor is a good analogy, they do need to up the pace of the game and let things behave a little more normal! Lol your truck sounds like a lot of fun 👍🏻

From what ive learned, the guy that made the IX trucks drives s wrecker in real life. From my experience with one, they're very realistic. Cant speak to the power though. Pacar does of triple drive axles as an option for a lot of their peterbilt and kenworth trucks The IX team does have 6 and 7 slot box trailers. The box trailers might unpack cargo, but they'll never lose it. Flip it back over and repack it. The IX team has a 6x6 too lol. From what i understand they were toying with calling it the Apache killer. Its definitely up your alley. Hell of a little scout. A friend and i scouted all of Canada with 2 of em in MP while screwing around for like 6 or 7 hours trying to get them stuck on the PTS. Lol aside from floating them, never did get em stuck. Lol theyve also got a smaller wrecker. It has a dump bed also. From my experience, and ive not tried everything, but a decent portion, the IX folks are as good or better than the devs, plus, they do requests when feasible. Lol

Yeah well they certainly have a feel for the trucks and know how to bring it to life in the game, it’s been a great truck to drive, well balanced I think and a lot of fun too! The power might be a bit more than average lol but not beyond realism or anything, just like a custom tuned version of a real life one! Haha I think anything could kill that apache, wind erosion can probably overtake it lol! But it would be a good name! I’m looking forward to more mods that allow for a lot of fun as it should have been like that with the game in the first place! Yeah from testing this mod, it’s easy to tell that the person or people who made it, understand the product a lot better than whoever is in charge on the actual dev team, this truck kind of single handedly puts them to shame in terms of the options and amount of fun and tuning etc! At least they added mods, so people who understand and play the game can make better stuff for us lol 👍🏻

I’ve not tried any of the biggest trailers yet but I imagine it’s a good heavy hauler! It’s a great truck and I’ll probably use it on some missions! Op or not, it’s a lot of fun to use and what this game needed 👍🏻

My favorite addon is the box bed thing. It has ramps that fold down and the doors open so you can kidnap your afk friends when playing co op.

@@ernestochang1744 yeah. It’s awesome. You have to make sure you and whoever ur playing with have the same exact mods installed because it may cause issues sometimes with getting into the game.

@@ernestochang1744 hey if you have too many mods installed then that can cause crashing issues. If you have mods that take up a lot of space like frogs mods then maybe disable them and enable them when you want them. Or you can restart ur console that works too. For me I haven’t had a crash in weeks ever sense I’ve lowered the amount of mods I’ve had.

Those highway tires with the big rims make the truck really fast. You can also change out the rims on those there’s a couple cool rim styles.

Can confirm that wreckers like this are very powerful. I had to get towed in one night at work. The guy towed in my whole set (truck and trailers together) which was gross almost 80,000lbs. I was amazed, because it was almost like the truck and trailers weren't even behind is.

If you get the truck life improvements you get a dolphin with raised suspension more tyres tuned steering.

I'm back!! The IX wrecker and heavy wrecker have made me love the game again. I was so tired of the 2mph grind. They're awesome as haul trucks. I use this one with sleeper, mini crane with supplies and fifth wheel. The smaller IX wrecker is amazing with a flatbed rear mounted crane medium heavy bumper and 45" tires with *base firm active* . (There's something to that combo or that tire size with the 45" "custom chained")

I know you meant to say the front tires are close to the bumper so there isn't much overhang like the CAT745C, Azov 73, etc. I haven't downloaded anything yet but I did try the mod browser. Seems my code worked perfectly fine first try. I checked my email via laptop instead of phone, dunno if that made a difference or not.

Well if and when you do get a mod, I’d recommended this as it’s a lot of fun, and has been very stable for me! I just sell all the bits off it and make it stock again before I sell it back and I’ve had no problems 👍🏻

Pretty sure that truck has a special box trailer as well. I think it carries 8 cargo total and because it's a box truck, it's basically impossible to lose your cargo if you roll over.

Since i'm fairly new to snowrunner (💯 hours+) I really enjoy this mod. Mit so much for the rotator, more for the Manual gearbox. It. makes the Truck so much more controlable. Switched my whole fleet of that,tho.

Given that the wrecker is good for 70 tons, it should be able to lift the heaviest truck, the kolob 74760 flat nosed kolob, I think it weighs 28 tons

u can download as many mods at a time as u want its just a matter of ENABLING too many that it crashes I wanted to mention that there are 4 things coming in phase 3 that i know of Note: this info is confirmed by devs 1. Wisconsin is the main region coming in phase 3 and it will have 2 maps 2. u will have the ability to remove trailers like u can remove cargo 3. a truck called boar 45318 is coming that is based on the tonar 7501 whicn is suitable for logging 4. new logging feature is gonna be added and the cat 745c will have a log carrier add-on ____________________________________________________________________________________________________________________ amazing vid as always bud👍🏻 lo4f=🐴of a🚌

I found this truck to be absolutely useless because you can’t secure vehicles to the axle lift so every time you drive forward it comes meaning you might as well just use a normal vehicle.

I use that truck 😊 since Monster truck is gone 😥 that Ix wrecker plows through water and mud no problem not like Stock truck i been using it more haven't crashed my game so far

Yeah it’s a great truck! I haven’t tried that monster thing but I remember watching tc gaming using it in mudrunner! If it gets added to console then I’ll give it a go! I’ve been testing this truck for 2 nights now and not had a single bug with it so it’s a very stable mod 👍🏻
