Really awesome ideas! I think we can agree that the top deck-sub deck is the superior construciton compared to a ambition style snowskate. what would you think of a subdeck, that is shaped like an ∞, cut out of a snowboard? It would give stability while being on the edge and with a little bit of curve would't disturb a full send. Having a broader base in the rear would even allow tail usage

@@LongboardTechnology Looking from above it would look like this: o=o while the o is shaped like a very flat bowl. DECK: == Subdeck: o=o with that you have a working kicktail and extra stability when carving, does this make more sense ?

Been spending a lot of time working on the design for the subdeck, and I've ended up with something that from the top looks like a cross between a figure 8, and a tongue depressor. Which seems to be fairly similar to what you were getting at.
