Growing up as a kid in Maine my dad showed me a couple of bubbling springs. They were very similar to this one we always walked to the spring from camp to fill the old gallon glass vinegar jugs with the freshest spring water around. Excellent job Chuck!!!

Good to see winter has arrived for you. We were at 71°F just 3 days ago and has strong thunderstorms and a few tornadoes that night. Nice looking stove Chuck, but with the openings around the hinges on the sides, she is going to be a hungry, just make sure you have a warmer sleeping bag than the young fella, and he will have to be the one getting up every couple hours to stog her with wood LOL!!

Hey chuck, I am thinking about getting a winnerwell for my ice shack but the amount of pipe for that is a bit excessive, I thought I could just not use a couple sections but after seeing this I think the arrestor wouldn’t fit a few sections down, wonder what I could do

Amazing story about the jacket Robert….believe it or not it’s about 35 years old!!! My dad was a conservation officer and back then anyone in that field of work could get 50% off of the original price. It cost him $400. It has 22 ounces of down in it. What’s incredible is that it still looks new….35 years later. So, to answer your question, I really don’t know if they still make them these days or not. But, if they did, I’d certainly recommend buying!👍👍

Chuck you should look at The Russian Bear Tent its the best in the world it is easyer then a ice fishing tent and its good for 60 below
