“The world is so beautiful, it can’t of just been created by some accident”- Very true.
@tanbl6746
@tanbl6746 2 жыл бұрын
The Bible says there's a God who created this beautiful world and He also created you and I in His image. That's why we're different frm the animal kingdom. We're a tripartite being consisting of body, soul & spirit. When we die, our body decays & turns into dust, our soul shuts down (no more emotions or feelings) and our spirit goes to meet God our creator to give an account of our lives on earth. We're on transit in this world!

I meant to tell you this in your last video, but when you cut your tailgate with the saw you exposed bare metal and it will rust VERY easily. A quick fix would be you paint the raw edges with some touch up paint, I think you can buy some in a spray can, but even just manual touch up paint just to seal the edge would help a ton. You could also get away with applying bondo into the slice, sanding it and around it, and then just painting that small surface with some rustoleum automotive paint, because it’s white it would be easy. Inexpensive and saves you from replacing the entire tailgate when it inevitably rusts, considering your weather conditions.

I had thought about it too, and meant to comment but didn’t. Great advice as once rust starts, it’s terrible to get rid of and costly.

The 45th parallel runs through Oregon. I remember crossing it through Oregon and seeing a sign for it and it said it was the halfway point between the equator and North Pole. So it makes sense the sun sets so late.

You should get a rubber mat bed liner. I have one and it works great for insulation and keeps things from sliding around.

Hi, I always enjoy watching your videos, because they make me happy and inspired. I noticed in this video and a previous one that you often struggle to start your Mr Budy Heater. You should turn it to the pilot setting, then press and hold it for like 20-30 seconds so that the propane can make its way into the heater. Release the button and press it one more time to spark the flame and you're all set :) Keep going making such a great videos. So many people enjoy it. Thank you for doing that. Martin

That's kind of cool. During your opening monologue/video intro, it almost looks as if you're standing in front of a green screen. Amazing scenery. There's no doubt a Mighty Creator made that for his children to enjoy. "For what can be kown about God is plain to them, because God has shown it to them. For his invisible attributes, namely, his eternal power and divine nature, have been clearly perceived, ever since the creation of the world, in the things that He has made. So they are without excuse."

Great build. I have a simple setup in my tacoma (with a moving blanket too) when I need to move around quickly from one area to another. Couple of Buddy heater tips for you. Hold the pilot button down for 15 to 20 seconds. Release, then push down to ignite. Works great. Put a small portable fan above and behind the heater. Pushes the heat around and prevents it from getting things too hot, like your roof carpet, above it. Great job with the salmon. I would have cooked it in the Mayo for an even better flavor. Cheers.

This seems so unbelievable here in Australia where we go camping in 45 - 50 oC and our biggest problem is the Fly’s and has the stupid fridge kept the beer cold. I noticed your ice box to stop the food from freezing, hilarious. A very very old piece of knowledge! Cave men always had the fire at the back of the cave and slept in front of it (I’m a Gasfitter so know about carbon monoxide) they had learnt there was danger in not having fresh air between you and the fire.

Nothing like cooking in the great outdoors. In this case, with the convienience of a truck with all the equipment. Aww, the sizzling of that salmon is so much more out there.. ..wait, there's more...what a chef!....What more, after a day of snow-shoeing in the snow with great views! I wish I could be there.....The irony, about the new-found chair..thanks for the laugh. Great photography, throughout.

After watching you cook in your new setup, I thought about something you may not have thought of. With the low profile of the stove, you have room to cut off some of the sides and put a cutting board on it with hinges that would still allow you to open and close the drawer. Then when you are ready to cook slide the drawer out as normal then lift the cutting board remove the stove, close it, and have a surface to either cut things up or just a place to put instruments, pots pans, plates, while cooking. Just something to think about.
