If you correctly set the strategy for processing the part and select the cutters correctly, you can cut at low feeds

Шикарно, собственно как и всегда. Один вопрос: вплавляемые гайки с первой серии на каретке на итог не пригодились? или еще что то будет впереди (я так понял это окончательный вариант, но кто знает...)?

Благодарю! Да, гайки не пригодились, я стружкоотсос по другому немного реализовал. Потом хотел повесить там свет или обдув, но тоже пока не нужно :) тот же свет удобнее снизу прикрутить :) Ну в принципе лишняя гайка не помеха, всегда по-быстрому что-то можно накинуть :)

Very nice series!! I also added the suction and casing What do you think about adding a 4th axis? Instead buying a lathe with chisel you could rotate the workpiece slowly and mill with the spindle instead

The idea is good, but the machine is low, there is not enough space for processing rotating objects, but something small is quite possible. And besides, such solutions already exist. This is a popular model, and a lot can be found in its modifications.

Thank you. But limit switches are completely optional. After all, the part is located on the table without reference to zero coordinates and the work begins from the coordinate that himself indicated. They don't make sense at all.

I think that the limit switches are useful when you need to change tools in the same job (for example milling a pcb), because when you are changing the tool, accidentally you could move the axis a little bit if the motors are not enabled. When you have limit switches you could make home between the jobs and always retain the XY 0 reference position.

@@V.Perinski I finally understood the problem, it's because of the endstops, via the PC when I put the axes in home, the machine goes in alarm, so the TFT35 too, but the TFT doesn't have a button to remove the alarm, so it refuses to move the axes. Moreover, the Chinese sellers of TFT35 screen for cnc3018 forget to say that the links for firmware are bad and correspond to old versions that are not for the TFT35. It is by looking at the link you sent me that I understood that I was wrong. It would be very useful if MKS would add a button to unlock the machine via the screen, unfortunately they simply replied that if I wanted this button I had to face it myself lol.

Для этих станков не нужны концевики, так как начало координат вы ставите от заготовки а не края стола. для лазеров тоже. В работе вы поймете почему (со временем). Вкратце - это отнимает время и невозможно базироваться от края координат стола.
