The nicotine delivery of snus vs cigarettes is incomparable. Makes me wonder if you even absorb any nicotine from cigarettes or if it is just giving a head rush from lack of oxygen. Smoking is the absolute worst form of tobacco use.

To me there’s a huge difference between regular cigarettes and additive free, quality handmade cigar. Smokeless is the best though for my health.

Cancer may not develop that early but some people are susceptible to such drugs. So I hope you reply and tell me how you're feeling now
