Gino is a two bit bully trying to pass himself off as something else, nothing more than a passive aggressive playground jerk, and that's all you're going to find up in UConn. The best part is when those New England cold numbskulls start talking ethics, it's like listening to Usama Bin Laden preach peace love and understanding, incomprehensible unless you've got scalps hanging from your belt and ears on your necklace too. In fact, that's how you'll know, beware if Gino the jerk makes sense to you, and go look hard in the mirror.

Around 3:00 he’s right for me. As a guy growing watching NBA, I never watched women’s bball until Paige showed up on my YT feed in a tournament for the USA in Thailand. Her style of play was captivating. I knew I had to check out her games when she got to UConn and even told my Dad about it. Since then, my Dad and I have tried to catch as many games as we can on TV and talk about them together, rooting for the whole Team. It’s become a cool bond between us.

I think Clark got the attention of the public at large because of her long-range bombs - you don't have to be a basketball aficionado to understand, appreciate, and enjoy watching what she does. Bueckers has abilities and talent that are harder for the non-fan to see ... she's just as good a player, but it's not the stuff of viral video clips.

I love how Geno just lays out what he's thinking for all to hear, other coaches seem to hide their thinking and thought process as secret info...I truly think he's done so much for women's basketball thru his thousands of honest interviews, teaching other coaches & payers how to think and approach the game. I also strongly believe he's changed the NBA as well, years ago it was... give me the ball and I'll score mentality, hardly any teamwork, you were lucky if there was one pass on a play, now the men are working much more like a team, and like I said that's the Geno influence. Now if he would just get his woman to do consistent foul shots! Every game would have 10-12 more points!...And to run towards the rim for offensive rebounds...make sure the ball goes in before running to the other side! So many times there are no UCONN girls anywhere near the basket on the offensive plays...

UConn has so many of its past players listed on the all-time greatest WNBA list: Taurasi, Moore, Stewart, Charles, Bird…. Eventually, Stewart will replace Taurasi as #1 and Naphessa Collier will move up the list…possibly into the top 5.

I was also tired of watching UCONN or Tennessee always win. In 2010 UCONN played Stanford. Horrible game. If it was my first game watching I would’ve thought it was a high school JV game…in the first half. UCONN found a way to win…as usual. Stanford is great at getting to the Final four but for the most part chokes in the semifinal or final. While Tara VanDerveer has the most wins, Geno and Pat Summit have done a better job at winning the title game. Some coaches are just better at bringing out the best in their players.

If you're asking if the Iowa residents will still watch, I'm gonna say it will drop a lot. Like right now you got the whole state watching, 3 million people, Iowa likes high school and college women's bball more than most. But if Clarks out/UConn wins, I say about 25%-50% of whose watching in the state will watch the finals, the ones who watch the hawks all year round aka the real Hawkeye women's fans. I say this as a Iowa resident, I'm not a Hawkeye fan, I usually route for UConn I like Geno lol.

Geno Auriemma is also, financially in deep now with Paige Bueckers in The Unrivalved League and two other unnamed projects. He needs Unrivalved to succeed and these other unannounced yet things. But most of all Geno needs Paige to be the star of the WNBA this year... Geno arrogantly believes that the torch has been passed to Paige now that Caitlin is not in college.. he wants UConn to win the NCAA Championship. Caitlin's fans came from all over... not just Iowa... anyone that watched her play got hooked on watching her. Caitlin created that feeling in fans herself: Not a UConn loaded team with 5 star athletes being pushed by a coach. A coach trying for 4 years to make people feel like they were idiots to be fans of the girl from Iowa... is not the way to try to get those fans to watch his protégé, Paige Bueckers.

What he said about Caitlin speaks volumes about the MAN!!! Your podcast on this CHUMP is the 128th in a long sorry line of podcasts which highlight UConn women's basketball coach rant. Over the years, he has recruited the best women in USA over the years. He has been found wanting. I think that UConn should do some soul searching. Does UConn want this CHUMP working with the best women collegiates in THE FUTURE? If I had a daughter, after seeing this CHUMP'S RANT, I would steer clear of UConn. The future of women's basketball is changing Maybe it's time that UConn has a NEW COACH of WOMEN'S BASKETBALL!!!! Let's start a movement ¬!!!! Are you'all with me !!
