Chicken fillet 2 pieces

Breadcrumbs
Spices to taste
1. Cut the chicken fillet into cutlets.
2. Tap each piece on both sides.
3. Season with salt and pepper.
4. Grind the corn flakes without sugar until they are crumbly.
5. Add breadcrumbs or spices.
6. Beat the eggs with a fork until smooth.
7. Dip the schnitzels in the egg and roll them in the breadcrumbs.
8. Place on a baking tray and bake at 200°C for about 15-20 minutes.
