Hi Suzy, thanks for the great recipe ideas, always appreciated. I'd like to make a suggestion, if I may. Try looking up the Maillard reaction. I think you're missing out on a lot of flavour because your beef doesn't get to the browned stage it should with this reaction. Just frying a little longer will get it there

WOW amazing the stroganoff I love to use egg noodles and sometimes I will substitute the beef cubes with meat balls 😉the first meat dish is kind of like a turkey stuffing that a lot of Black Americans make and the raisins are used in a baked rice pudding I will try making both worlds meet I’ve never had meat and raisins in the same dish I’m up to trying it ❤💃🏽💃🏽💃🏽💃🏽
