I've watched this so many times. Might be the greatest live performance of a song I've ever seen. No auto-tune. Not overdone. Epic.

I honestly think his voice maturing (not saying it wasn't matured already) but this sound ages like a fine wine...

This. All of this. It has a richness in this more of a ballad version. get a serious country vibe the way he’s singing it compared to the original.

This is my life Its not what it was before All these feelings I've shared And these are my dreams That I'd never lived before Somebody shake me 'Cause I I must be sleeping Now that we're here It's so far away All the struggle we thought was in vain All in the mistakes One life contained They all finally start to go away Now that we're here it's so far away And I feel like I can face the day, and I can forgive And I'm not ashamed to be the person that I am today These are my words That I've never said before I think I'm doing okay And this is the smile That I've never shown before Somebody shake me 'cause I I must be sleeping Now that we're here It's so far away All the struggle we thought was in vain All in the mistakes One life contained They all finally start to go away Now that we're here it's so far away And I feel like I can face the day, and I can forgive And I'm not ashamed to be the person that I am today I'm so afraid of waking Please don't shake me Afraid of waking Please don't shake me Now that we're here It's so far away All the struggle we thought was in vain All in the mistakes One life contained They all finally start to go away Now that we're here it's so far away And I feel like I can face the day, and I can forgive And I'm not ashamed to be the person that I am today

By far the best concert my wife and I have EVER seen..other than the kids sitting behind us and talked the whole time while we were trying to enjoy our night,.either way a security gard let my wife go closer so she could video her favorite song, Mama!! We weren't in a coliseum just a small town bar paid good money to see this guy which was well worth our money other than the kids behind us..FREE TICKETS, they were there for fun not for the good music!! I'll find him again near us for my wife!! Greensboro North Carolina, we're ready to see you again Aaron Lewis!!!

Not bad for a bloke who started out with out a band and was homeless on the streets.....Long before Staind....Fred Durst tried to block Staind from performing as a back up band because of their album cover......Fred went on to be a producer for Aaron and Staind after hearing the band play and the rest my friends is history......Thank you Fred for putting Aarons music before your own
@mikeblanchard75793 жыл бұрын
What ya mean? Aaron grinded his teeth for years as a cover/bar band before his cousin managed to get him on the 99 family values tour where fred yes did try to kick them out after seeing the dysfunction cover as he thought they were some satanic metal band or some shit

I am a Staind fan and I just randomly looked up "Staind 2016" and this came up. It is so weird how much he has changed since I was in high school, this was one of my favorites by staind and he's still pretty good. (Still has the eyebrows too lol)
