Little Big Engine, Haruna is a monster. I have always been a huge guitar guy. Midori and Miyako are my favorite twin lead guitars of all time. The precision, the dueling solos, the harmonies... This is one of the first times I have ever really noticed the drummer in a band. Now I find myself yelling ''Haruna!!'' every time I hear her crushing a set of double kicks in this song.

Yep. I just saw this one played in Atlanta, and it's for real. Haruna does actually play the drums JUST LIKE THAT! And Asami actually blew the roof off with all those high notes JUST LIKE THAT! And of course, the 3 stringed magicians had their fingers flying.....JUST LIKE THAT!! LOVEBITES!!!

Haruna is unbelievable. They all are, honestly, but you're right - she deserves a call out here. Absolutely incredible drumming, and she makes it look really easy. They all do. I'd say this is their hardest song to perform from a technical standpoint, due to the speed and precision. I honestly can't get over this performance, and I have made a few new fans just by showing them this song, because they each have a moment to truly shine in it and it is so impressive.

At 4' 9" Haruna is a beast that plays like her kit like it owes her a ton of money. All these women are petite but are true giants on stage playing LIVE. This was at the end of the concert and each and everyone of them are going at it full tilt Forget the speed it is the precision and in sync perfection that they are showing that is truly stunning.

This was the last track on their most recent album, and that intro… something about it makes me think of Judas Priest. Haruna does get called the Little Big Engine; relentlessly perfect drumming. And I have heard that she’s 4’8”.

When I saw them live in Dallas I was most on the side of Miyako and Haruna, I threw a kiss at Miyako and she smiles at me, I yell I love you Miyako and she waves at me, she is extremely beautiful up close as well as Haruna. Yes, amazing, lucky enough to catch them in London this year and they delivered some of their very best. Haruna is the cutest monster out there. The pounding drums and nuanced accents on the cymbals all came through loud and clear. Unfortunately the stage is flat, no riser and so could only catch glimpses of that smile through the crowd and the drums….

I don’t have the vocabulary to give these ladies the praise they deserve! You are correct in Haruna being the shortest, but her performing is like a Sumo wrestler, or NFL lineman, an on steroids. To be honest all the Lovebites musicians (and others I follow) are all barely taller, or within inches. The contrast between the appearance of these sweet young women and their power is simply off the scale. I hope I am not being disrespectful. While I would love to meet all of them, I would actually be afraid, if it were in a dark alley.

Where's Identity probably will compete with Soldier Stands Secondarily on tempo, but has gang vocals added. Not saying it is better, but at least on the same level. There is only an audio video for it though, but when a live version comes out, it will be stellar!!!! Another one of the new EP is The Bell at the Jail. For me it has the AC/DC type intro (Could be Metallica too), an Five finger Death Punch type of vibe before the song gets going, and a Megadeath feeling for the main part of the song. In all, TOTAL LOVEBITES!!!
