I remember a few months ago, me and my fiance were doing doordash orders. We had an order come through for this nightclub type establishment. When we arrived, I was escorted into the kitchen to get the food and when I saw how nasty and disgusting their kitchen was I nearly threw up. The walls behind the oven were pitch black with filth and grime and grease, it was honestly disturbing. I had thought I might've desired to eat there when the order came through because the meal ordered sounded really good, but when I saw that kitchen, I immediately threw away any thought to ever eating there.

육가공 회사 연구원이라 재밌네요ㅎ 예전에 버거킹 KFC꺼 많이 개발 했는데ㅎ 그리고 패티는 좀 더 치대야 지방질이 단백질을 둘러서 식감이나 재료 로스가 덜 나요. 토시살 실버스킨은 생선 비늘 벗기는 식으로 하면 로스없이 빠르게 정선 가능해요

Food looks amazing. Kitchen, equipment and utensils and preparation of food all clean and good with one exception. Frying fries and shrimp in the same vat a no no as there are a lot of people with seafood allergies. Why not use a separate vat for non seafood items?

Olhando os procedimentos no começo eu achei bem prático o modo como ele cortava o tomate e a cebola, mas o modo como ele cortava o alface não era um bom modo já que ele desperdiçava boa parte do alface tirando o rabinho dele e machucava a planta diminuindo a durabilidade dela amassando ela daquele jeito
