911 are designed for LHD in Germany. When exported for RHD markets, the 911 pedals are VERY awkwardly positioned. This is caused by the right front wheel arch that protrudes into the cabin. For RHD models, engineers/designers was forced to moved the accelerator pedal to the centre ( where the brake is normally positioned). Many 911 owners still remain oblivious as to how they need to position their legs and sit at an angle when driving a RHD 911. And those unfamiliar with the RHD 911 design "flaw" have a high change of mistakenly stepping on the accelerator instead of the brake. A Singapore hotel valet slammed a 911 onto the front car , while the person was unloading luggage - fatally crushing the victim. Another hotel valet in Australia slammed onto a Subaru and piggy backed it.

Bobby, Thanks for bringing the event to those of us who couldnt make it there. The fluctuating pressure gauge is becoz of faulty oil pressure sensor, cheap and easily changed. Dont overhaul engine until u put a borescope in to have a look. If all ok no News to spend tat kind of money. If really need to overhaul also no need 30K la .. 1/3 oso enuf liao in other place.

The drive up Chiang Rai is gonna be amazing! Was there in August, make sure to drive up to Doi Suthep in Chiang Mai, the curvy road and the dips are amazing!
