Nine Cat Jack's weapon was an old fashioned whip. It was used to torture slaves. It had 9 strands of leather with an iron ball or spike on the end of each one, and was called a "Cat O' Nine Tails," hence the name Nine Cat Jack

FYI: After they 'sleep' a move when their energy goes to 0, the next attack you do is a 100% hit unless you also had to rest. So, a better strat would be to use the heavy hit attacks at that moment. At least it used to on SS2

I replayed all the flash games I loved growing up in January, this was one of them. I created a character that had all points set on charisma only, with my only attack being "shout". I can't remember if I did this on the first or the second game, but I managed to climb the tournament ladder all the way to the final champion. Only by shouting. Crazy how it worked.

The cat o' nine tails are a whip/punishment tool that some pirates used. The ends of the whips could be things like hooks, lead beads, or knots of the chain or rope, and if the captain was feeling really nasty theyd soak the ends in fish blood or the like to help foster infection and pain.

btw i know this is kinda late but i saw this vid just today so you would have a reference. strength: gets you bigger, high push back, drains energy faster on your melee attacks but high dmg agility: your range attacks will do more dmg, you can leap/move faster, lowers dmg taken from range attack: improves crit chance and hit chance defence: resistance from all attacks vitality: i think it also makes you big, hard to push back. gives more health charisma: taunt dmg and purchasing items with discount stamina: gives rest more energy and hp.
