this raises a few questions that i'm surprised he didn't ask: -if every tik-toker can post their version of the song, there's probably gonna be a lot of crap versions. is max martin ok with this? i assume he's not gonna have any control over this, right? -not all versions can be a hit, right? how easy will it be for any of these tik-tokers to turn it into a hit if they have to compete with loads of other versions? isn't there a great chance that they will just beat each other to death? -if the song doesn't get to become a big hit with any of the tik-tok artists, and max martin still wants a superstar to cut it, isn't there a chance that they will turn it down because it has had some amount of exposure already? -if a version of the song blows up, and the artist(s) is a cowriter, will he/she be credited as a cowriter, both artistically AND financially?

There’s no way for that to happen. And even if it does, they will look at how many followers you have on your social media before telling you something. If your content has gone viral and have thousands of followers, then Simon’s reaction to your music will be way more different.
