Salieri's arts buff only lasts 3 hits for 3 turns so the only time to attack with arts card to use is his np when looping or its kind of a waste.

Saleiri can be a great arts looper if only his arts lasts 3 turns instead of 3 hits but that didn't stop me from grailing him and maxing his skills, currently working on his bond levels too

If it was 3 turns and not 3 hits, the skill wouldn't be as good. It has higher uptime most of the time and higehr values, so it's actually better for looping and better for teams, same for his crit buff. There's a reason Cu's evade is so good and it's exactly this

@@christianvannucci6455 the bad part is that you use it up after 3 hits, with cu's evade you can just not get hit, whereas with salieri's buffs sometimes they only last one turn and their values are too low to be 1 turn buffs. if they were 3 turns you wouldn't have to worry about using salieri's cards and could loop more convieniently and do more overall damage.

@@ethanallan1254 They trade off higher power levels for more consistency, since realistically you will not get 3 arts cards in one turn and they last longer. This means that you get three uses and you'll use three, while in a 1 turn buff you will use 3 at most, realistically 1 or 2. It's about tradeoffs. Of course, in setups like postergirl 3 turns have higher value because you'll get your arts cards even 6 times in your 3 turns. But in 3 turns, inna full rotation, you'll get your 2 arts card and maybe NP and I think the values are pretty high anyways. Overall, I prefer it that way, way but I can dee what you mean. For looping, though, you want either 3 uses or 3 turns, so it works out just great

So in a boss fight, it's unlikely to get two boosted NPs off of one skill activation. I could forgive the 3 hit restriction if they bumped the Mana Burst to at least 40%, ideally 50%.

I prefer not having to rely on it, if only to level my Mystic Codes.
