Man, Gen 6 Ubers was a great meta, imo. I remember bringing a team with Mega-Sceptile to some showdown room tourneys, people always got caught off guard with how fast it was (faster than mega-mewtwo Y). And it was a nice water-arceus and ground-arceus killer with grass knot, as well as putting a huge dent into P-Groudon, P-Kyogre, Xerneas, and basically any neutral Uber-mon. And with dragon pulse it had a good move to hit mence, hp fire hit ferrothorn, and a surprise rock slide could KO Ho-oh. It was in no way a super competitive team, but it was super fun, and it got me some nice wins against some great players in the ubers room back in the day :D

Think out loud, but don't focus on exactly what youre saying. Just say your thoughts but don't necessarily focus on good commentary right away. The more you do it the better you'll get at doing live commentary.

Late and out of topic. But in hackmons, I predicted my opponent waking up (who had leaf storm) and after lowering their speed using drum beating while they were asleep, I managed to predict the exact turn they woke up and used destiny bond. They forfeited immidiately.

@@kabusohikaru6187 nah man, it was called intuition. Usually (probably just a me thing, but...) if an opponent is asleep and you hit them with a physical move, it's like they'll have a higher chance of waking up. This usually happens to me within 2 turns.

Hey i have a question. the team u were using was very likely bulky offense or hyper offense. While the opponents team....i cant actually say it stall but its close. You could have Pokémon specially built to break through them, like with a stab super effective move or you could use substitute, taunt or switcheroo a choice item. It's not that good but I like using switcheroo klutz lopunny with an assault vest

Heatran is an excellent stallbreaker. For less specific options, try setting up hazards (Spikes or Rocks) and forcing switches (Volt Switch or U turn is amazing for this). Toxic or Taunt are great when they work but most teams are prepared, hence you have to remove their preparations. Bringing in a setup sweeper after pressuring and fainting the Unaware user also works.

I’ve got a good team for gen 7 AG I can give you. Got me to about 1750 on the ladder, anything past that and the teams are just 3 bulky arceus’s, a trap mega gengar, among other things and my team building has not evolved to beat that😂 anyways lmk if you want it I’d love to see you try it out. It’s an offensive build
