A few suggestions for the side 3 artifact lancea - prevent rescue ace summon out their big guys, stops soul release dd crow shifter, stops Kashtira, stops manadium summoning the fusion . Summon limit or anti spell are good options. Evenly is definitely good. Definitely get scatter shot. You can dump it off the level 3 kirin or make a sprite sprind. Main deck triple tac talents. It's so good. Nib droll Ash are the best options. This is based of testing I've been doing

I think you may have been miss lead by the Centerion player, Idk what was in your hand or graveyard but effects in hand and grave can still activate, Calamity says effects on field can not be activated ,

Get tons of practice against the best decks and know how to side and what to side in those match ups. Also get a full stomach before arriving, bring snacks and get tons of sleep.
