some things you can do to improve: In level 2, bounce off the boulder to gain some extra speed. In level 3, if you jump at the right time in the edge of the first platform that goes up and down with a high fall speed you can launch up to the flag. In level 4 you can abuse a death warp by jumping in the right spot on an axe. Look up a tutorial. In level 9, you can jump on the ramp with a short jump to go all the way on top of the map to skip the plunger (very hard). Other than that, your runs decent. ( I did leave off a couple of very difficult to almost impossible things like 8 cycle skip and plunger jump because those are too hard).
