I feel like your melody is pretty on point styllistically. I also have a few other notes. Don't be afraid to use some embellishments, especially in the left hand. I would start by having the bassline go 1, 5, 1, 5 instead of staying on the root. It's also fun to have the left hand bassline be octaves, or even the root and 10th played together. When you stay on one chord for 2 measures, it's not uncommon for the bass to go 1 3 5 1 in those two measures, so maybe try that out? (I'm specifically looking at the phrase idea at measure 10) I think there needs to be another measure between 12 and 13. Even if it's just the bassline for 4 beats (into the pickup). That way it's a four bar phrase.

Try using more dominant seventh chords, those are a big part of the style.

This is good. From my experience with ragtime you might wanna go with open fifths/chords and have the melody played octavally. For example, I believe 0:30 would sound better if played as an octive for the melody. Also a C major ragtime. Someone's going to jail over that.
