Thanks for the Wolcen video. The game looks pretty good (seeing it for the first time). Though based on the comments it looks like there is very little depth to it. PS. About PoE content. Watching someone play PoE is about the same as watching a screen saver with random color effects :)

Wolcen did somethings really well, being able to Duplicate and Triplicate spells at the endgame is probably one of my favorite features in any game. The geming system is way more in depth than most games as each gem can do 9 things depending on the type and rank of socket its is placed. Playing a Summoner Build I really enjoyed my full playthrough and endgame grind. The animation locking on most weapons is a serious downside. The "crafting system" only exists to get max stat rolls on gear, this can be a negative or positive. Gearing up endgame is extremely easy, you can upgrade rarity and quality of items with the city system, you can do the hardest content in game without Uniques. Uniques are a serious downside with there current drop rates, the way I have gotten mine is by waiting for missions with a Unique reward and the random Vendor that pops up in a mission from time to time, I have seen maybe 10 drop in the 60+ hours I have put into the game. Certain Uniques are extrememly powerful and not being able to access them, even after extended playtimes in frustrating.

For those thinking of picking up Wolcen (since it's on sale right now for 75% off) don't be discouraged by this video. I played it today for the first time (for several hours) and didn't encounter a single bug. The game is awesome and for what it's worth, ranged combat (especially bows) feels *very* good. These haters are just bandwagon hoppers trying to sound cool.

I did play it again on the most recent patch and if you get it on sale, it's 100% worth your money now. For full price it's still a little questionable though and I wouldn't fully recommend it. The gameplay experience will heavily depend on whether you encounter no bugs, some bugs or (still) a lot of bugs. It's certainly a lot more stable than 2-3 years ago though.

Honestly , the only thing that really interests me about this game is that it seems to have pretty well thought out, fluid pistol + melee mechanic so I can play as Dismas from Darkest Dungeon, doing the classic duelist advance into point blank shot into pistol shot cycle.

I'll revisit Wolcen once A4 is out. Apart from the save bug, it really seemed a lot better to play now than on release (or on bloodtrail release).

They're both fun in their own ways. Is multiplayer important to you? Epoch doesn't have multiplayer yet.

@@PastaNoose I will just say that if you want to have a nice endgame, probably Epoch won't do it. The grind to get the items your build needs can be extremely annoying, even harder than PoE SSF, and devs already said they won't implement trading

Last Epoch is fine grind-wise. Least grindy arpg I have played. People are salty about devs not implementing trading and giving it bad reviews simply due to that fact. No it is not even close to PoEs grind

They literally sold us a scam considering how this game was in development for six years and alot of kickstarter backers were lied to. Crafting in Wolcen is the worse crafting i have ever come across.

Despues de verte tanto tiempo jugando Grim Dawn supuse que sabias jugar ARPGs. Vale decir, tener lógica de jugador... Las teclas por defecto, SHIFT te hace dar ataques basicos sin moverte del lugar. Eso es todo lo que no pudiste descubrir a tiempo y terminé por darte dislike y no seguir viedo el video con lag... Una lastima.

Lol, this game runs like shit for me. Have a 1080 gtx, i5-12600k, 16gb 3200 ram. Other people with similar setups run it perfectly, but I can't get more than 50 fps at 800x600 resolution and lowest settings. Cool game

The truth is: Undecember is far better than this and I did not spend any money on it a part from stash tab (same as PoE). LE killed the trade system aspect and I don't think it will hold without it. LE I played only 70 hours. To put in perspective: GD: 1700 hours, PoE: 4k hours, Marvel Heroes: 1200 hours, Undecember: 400 hours, Elden: 500 hours, DS3: 510 hours. Wolcen? I refunded. About Performance: LE, GD, PoE, all are terrible on performance.

Undecember is afaik just like lost ark and Diablo:Immortal playable without spending any money, but knowing that people can just progress (way) quicker by swiping their credit card instead of player skill always leaves a bad taste imo. That said, I havent tried undecember yet, so I can't fully judge the game. About LE...yea...its future is honestly not looking all too bright right now imo, but it's still a decent game. I'm curious about you saying GD is terrible performance wise since it always runs way better for me compared to PoE or LE. Wolcen...well... I try to give it another chance every now and then, but it just never fails to disappoint in some way or form XD F for Marvel Heroes

@@rektbyprotoss Just wanna say that I respect you a lot and I learned with you a lot on GD, so thanks for that ^^. That being said, Undecember: I assure you everything about Undecember is RNG and it is the first game I played where crafting is everywhere to progress. People can force this RNG with cash? Sure they can, but this is a solo experience game, so you compete with yourself basically. If you enjoy crafting I think you will enjoy Undecember. About GD: Although I respect you a lot I can't agree GD is way better than PoE when it comes to performance, I think both suffers the same way when it comes to coop playing. FPS drops a lot on coop in many mechanics like Crucible, any Totem, SR, at least for me and my friends the experience is not that good performance wise. LE's performance is terrible it makes my GPU hotter than Cyberpunk Ultra with Ray Tracing so yeah, LE is far from optimal KKKKKKKKKK I miss Marvel Heroes, it was a good game, David Brevik's touch :D
