So I Went To This HAUNTED Lighthouse... | The Scary Story Heceta Head Lighthouse
Some people think it's a scary story where a ghost haunts the lighthouse... and others think it's a more peaceful haunting that doesn't cause too much harm... Regardless of if you believe this scary story or not, this place has a deep history and the landscape is unbelievable. If you are interested in some scary videos check out some of my Randonautica videos on the channel! Heceta Head Lighthouse is definitely one of the more interesting spots I have ever been in Oregon, and I really hope you guys enjoyed going on this adventure with me!

So I actually always go to this lighthouse when the weather is nice. So here's a few facts: •Heceta Head lighthouse is the most photographed lighthouse on the west coast •it was named after the Spanish explorer Bruno De Heceta •the Keepers house is currently a working Bed&Breakfast that is taking reservations as well •it opened March 30th 1894 •it is 56 feet tall •the beavh has awesome tidepools that house all sorts of critters

@@NoahDB5 it really is an Unreal place. Its amazing to go to when you need a wind down or a break from the city. Another really nice beach is Yaquina Bay and Yaquina Head in Newport. Yaquina head is a rock beach instead of a sand beach though. Its still really nice around sunset!

You need to come back in the winter, the spot you said looks like a movie set has a huge wave break. Be careful around the cliffs of course, but if you can, it’s an epic sight. There’s a trail to the spot off the main trail across from the house.
