I fish Port O'Connor a ton. My grandad lives down there, and we out to the back lakes a bunch. Ever try near the coast guard station? We limited out on Reds the other day on the left side when the wind was blowing waves into the grass bank

THAT'S BEEN A GREAT FISHERY FOR AT LEAST 50 YEARS. THERE WAS A PLACE CALLED GRASS ISLAND OR STILL IS THAT YOU WOULD CATCH ANYTHING FROM SPECKLED TROUT TO BIG JACK CREVALLE .REDS, FLOUNDER, POMPANO,SHEEPSHEAD EVEN HUGE GOLDEN CROAKER. IT IS A MAGICAL PLACE.
