I mainly soap for my personal use because I have very sensitive skin, but, sometimes life doesn't allow me the time to keep up with it. I buy the Dr. Bronner's All-One pure castile bar soap online when I have to. Again, so happy to see you back and your holiday soaps are so festive and inspiring! P.S. I found a bar of your frosted cherry soap from a while back when I was looking for the castile soap box label to mention, I'm so happy now lol😁

It sort of looks like you made... gigantic strips of bacon about 23:57 ... I was going along with the seasonal berry and gold color theme (stunning)... and then I could not unsee the bacon-like awesomeness (while viewing on phone). You instantly morphed in to a chef trimming raw bacon for the rest of the video. Regardless of any unintentional resemblance to bacon, your holiday soap is lovely, I'm sure it smells wonderful!!! :)

I’d love it if you made a soap inspired by a Montana winter in the mountains!! I have visions of fir greens and white snows and grey skies and silver sparkles❤ One of my favourite scents from my childhood was a Scandinavian soap called “Norsca”. I don’t know if you guys had that in America but it was everything evergreen and Fir and Pine. Delicious. You can’t get it anywhere anymore, but there must be fragrances that dupe it. That would be my pick for a soap representing your gorgeous property in the winter ❤

I love working out of the big stainless steel pots, too. I'm getting ready to change my whole business model in 2024 and will be doing 'launches' like you have done in the past. Hoping it goes well. We've been down to -5 already at night and we fare quite well. That cold snap was a bit of a shock as it was 70's the week before. Soon my husband will put the insulation board at the base of the camper and then we run heaters underneath to help. We do alright.

I had three massive boxes of soap that I didn't get sold before we left. I thought I had all three with us. Then the one was gone and I couldn't find more. I was shocked! My husband brought the other two boxes back with the trailer this summer but they are all still packed away. Sad but true!

My bars will be between $11-$12 a bar. They should retail for $20 per bar (I just did all my cost analysis again) but unfortunately, I can't justify that price in today's market. I also can't justify filling my soaps with the cheaper filler oils either.

I haven't made soap in months. I started making soap and being inspired by you in the very beginning. Now, as I watch this video, I have the desire to make soap again. There is something therapeutic about the way you make soap. No fuss, no frilz, just creamy soap making, and I'm here for it.

Holly-when I make soap I’m finding that a lot of times even when I use the maximum amount of fragrance suggested, my soaps don’t have strong scents after they cure. Do you have that problem?

I don't feel like I have that issue. Some definitely fade out and I either avoid those by review or just experience. Are you putting them in the oven at all?

@@moriversoap thanks for the input. As far as the oven…do you mean put them in the oven after I pour them in to the mold? No, I don’t, I just leave the mold on my counter and unmold the soap in 18-48 hours.

Cold process and melt and pour are two very different kinds of soap. What are you wanting to do the same?

Do you mean a soap like this or the design? Bc one is already soap you just decorate and the other is the saponification process. There’s also hot saponification process too.
