Woke up at 2 something and watched this. When you were on the side of the yard, you could see one neighbor's roof behind you and it reminded me of the barn roof behind Janey's fence. I have waited for her to trim that olive tree in the corner so you can see more of that barn because it looks so European and charming. Hey Robbie! Love all the beautiful colours you're adding to the garden. I also love the information on the shovel and starter fertilizer. A few months ago you did a video on your favourite garden tools. Considering next Sunday is Mother's Day would you consider giving us some suggestions in one of your videos this week, as to what mom might like to receive for her garden? Everything you use seems to be so well made and useful, and I'm sure many people are like me, and would like to stop purchasing items that either break or fail to accomplish what we thought they might. It could be the operator, though, says the sometimes problem gardener LOL

Hi Robbie, that flower bed is looking good now but in a month or two, WOW!! The echinacea is so pretty, love that shade of yellow. You are so lucky to be working with Monrovia, their plants are such good quality. Iam thrilled to see more Monrovia annuals like petunias, coleus, bacopa this year in HD and Lowes.

The sound of the finches unlocks a core memory for me; I vaguely recall us having a pair of finches as a very young child, their little bee bops are incredibly peaceful and calming to hear ❤. That iris is stunning Robbie, I was at the garden centre today and saw iris corms of one that looked very similar to yours on the packaging, wish I’d grabbed those too now but I couldn’t make up my mind! Mind you, I was already buying lobelia, begonias and coleus to start a new hanging basket because of you 😂

Adding the color to your garden made such a positive effect. Looking so nice with the new plants and finished edging. Love the combination of the bistro set, gravel and espalier on the black fence. A small umbrella would be cute there. Also, really liking the new and improved bird bath area. Any plans as to when you might finish that area with the trellis? I know you have lots on your to do list but putting up the new matching window box on the fountain side window would be such a beautiful addition to that area. Also, really like the new patio furniture and plants on your patio.. Such a high end look. Love the direction your taking your gardens in

Robbie it amazes me that you don't have to put every single plant in a basket. My garden seem to be fully occupied by gophers and I must (per my husband) plant everything in a basket..... Ugh I say, well Laura doesn't, Janey does'nt, Robbie doesn't but nope in my garden my husband says its a must. He catches gophers constantly and then releases in a field about a mile from us. The cost does add up, every plant plus a basket. I have to admit the gopher's are super cute but they destroy everything, I do love how they turn over the dirt, if there was a way I could get them to work for me instead of against me.
