I'm glad y'all had a "break" and I'm also glad you're back. You guys are the original homestead channel for me. I don't know you, and you don't know me, but you've sent my life in a much more sustainable and enjoyable path. I will always be thankful to y'all. And you're somewhat close by. We live in west central Missouri and I've been trying to get the plastic on a greenhouse frame I've built for a couple weeks but haven't been able to get it done because of wind, or I've had to go to work when it hasn't been windy. We will get it done just in time for summer lol. God bless.

They are such a blessing and also the reason we sold our urban homestead up north and purchased 25 acres down south to start our dream homestead. I've been told by many people we should start our own you tube channel to share our journey, but not everyone is comfortable in front of a camera. I have been filming for our own enjoyment and family and friends. God bless and thank you for inspiring myself and so many others to get back to a more sustainable life.
@Biophile232 жыл бұрын
We're in Central Missouri too. I know what you mean about the wind! And we're putting up a greenhouse soon too. :) We've been interested in a more country lifestyle for years and it's nice to have people in the same region to "compare notes" with. :)

Wishing you good luck on the poli going up. I'm rebuilding a small hoop house too and our winds have been wild off and on too. But I'm not up to the putting the poli on yet lol. These little tube kits do not have a way to cover if you dont buy the prefab top, so I'm in the process of learning carpentry lol. And watching many other videos on it.

It's so obvious you've had a busy two weeks and exciting as well. The piglets are so cute. They were sure having fun playing. I couldn't believe how big the chicks had grown. How wonderful. Your the first KZbin homesteads I've watched. I've learned so much from you. I shared you with my husband and he's hooked too. Thank you for all the sharing and teaching you do for us. We made it to the market on the 30th. What a joy it was to see you. My husband Ray bought some quail eggs. He had quite an experience opening the first one. Everything is out and ready to produce with the help of the bunny fertilizer.. God bless you and the family. By the way grandma's cookies were delicious.

Our best grass FINISHED beef eat clover blossoms daily with daily rotational moves. This is carbs which produce marbling, flavor and tenderness in the meat. The processor can let carcasses age longer with fat covering. Best of luck as you learn and grow.

Spring time is a fun time to see all the new changes. And it is true, there are a lot of little things to be done. Here we get a lot of snow, so fences need to be put back up after being knocked down, and branches in places there shouldn't be any.

You’ve provided our country with the how to of growing our own food sources and those who have taken the responsibility for their families and communities will be much better off in the questionable days to come. Again thank y’all for all your great advice and provisions to start many a home off to a great start. Stand Americans for your freedoms to continue our wonderful rights to provide for your family’s nutritional needs. We the people can do this, God Bless America!👍❤️🙏🇺🇸
