So much still to learn in the Formula Ford | Summit Point | iRacing

I not only got a bad start, but I was sleeping! and that really set the tone for the race, for me. We raced close but im sure I had the pace to be in front, but all the mistakes I made kept med behind, but looking at the bright side I still have stuff to learn, and when I do, its going to bring some awsome racing.
If you have any critique let me know, I wanna make it more understandable and easier to follow and in general better videos !

I find this track to be fun both with the Vee and the FF1600. Ran two FF1600 races today and went from 1st to 3rd (6x) and 9th to 2nd (0x) and in both races I had a blast. Finally broke the 1:17 mark (1:16.845 with no drafting)

I have no idea how you manage almost full throttle through the S's. My car seems to bounce around a lot and I have massive understeer out of the final right hander if I have too much speed. I have to completely lift off to not go to Narnia.

its normal to have full throttle through the S's with warmed up tires (after 3 laps). you have to be very precise with the line and turning in points though.

As jobdone inc said takes awhile before the car is ready for it, but you have to get the line and the speed right when going out of turn 6

Just dump the clutch completely off the start Mathias it is faster

I will do that next time, just saw someone saying going to ca 50% would be faster. But that might be with dual clutch

Clutch dump works for me too.
