When you go to the Exchange male sure when you're finished, you click "claime reward" and then exit. It won't bug then.

Can i ask I'm you're old fan just a question my quest is go to the ice storm island ruins and when i got there there's a ice and i can't go inside . I mean is that even possible

I think you are talking about that long cave that tells you that its too slippery to go inside. As much as I know it is a part of some quest, so thats why you cant go inside (its always locked except during the quest).
