When I first bought the adapter, I didn't really notice there was a button on the end of it. Kudos for mentioning that important fact, my friend. I also really didn't understand that you have to push that button when you pair a device. I suppose that's why there's an extension cord in the box (If the USB port you use is around back, presumably you use the cord to make it accessible in the front.) As I said, none of that was apparent to me when I received the adapter so I'm grateful for videos such as this one that enlighten those of us who just haven't grasped it yet. Thank you.

Only review for the 9x with the adapter I was scared a couple of days ago almost went for the 7x this combo is flawless with COD and Apex ... This is the only option to use this with voice chat ... They don't really promote and should have an option for a add on ..No disconnects comfortable as hell. If you can afford it do it 9x in my opinion is for Xbox / PC users .. extra 24 bucks gets you a PC headset win win

@@Will-bl4gx should be an extender cable plug it directly into the back of the motherboards i/o keep the adapter pointed toward the headset. Should be smooth and lag free..been a while. Switched up to Arctic nova pro wireless.

I have the older style one. The big original Xbox one. I’ve had that 6 years now. 5 years with the original Xbox one controller until it broke and 1 year with my new Xbox X controller. This adapter never drops signal and it very stable. It still works great

If it connects just like a Xbox controller (Using the Xbox system of wirelessly connecting) I would say it probably could. However, if it does not I wouldn’t think it would.

Hi friend, can u try to help me :) I bought few days ago arctis 9x and want it to use only on pc (dont have xbox) , i have asus bt400 which i use to connect 2x dualsense controllers which works fine and i manage to connect arctis 9x to pc but the sound is rly quite, its better and louder on samsung mobile. My question is should i get xbox adapter, will i get some benefit from the sound? or sell headphones and lose some money and get hyperx or etc which works without buying extra adapters.
