Nobody hates Beck for moving on to Miami. As soon as Beck got injured he left GA coaches and teammates in the dark dealing with his diagnosis about his elbow. Heck, last season (2023) was great, but then something happened-girlfriend, lack of focus, receivers who couldn’t catch. Who knows!?? Anyway, every time he threw the ball in 2024, we held our breath. UGA couldn’t lean on their running game, and we knew Beck had to air it out. We know one thing, he’s definitely not afraid to throw the ball. Maybe he’ll have a great year next year. But, no, UGA fans won’t tolerate another season with 2-3 losses, and I am not certain Miami fans will accept it either.

Some of these teams have ruined the sport by overpaying! I can tell who’s not doing this, Bama. I think they pay about what these kids are worth, 1-2 mil for the very best players on the team….and only a couple players make that! Beck did the research and found out his NFL stock wasn't that good. Georgia wasn't happy with Becks lack of communication or how he handled the injury/surgery. Georgia wasn't going to give him more money either. This made Beck make a business decision. 4 mil to play at Miami is more than Jayden Daniels and 3 others NFL QBs current rookie deals. The GF had some influence on the decision but he very well may make more money than he'll ever see from the NFL.
