Although I’m a boater and not a pilot I really love watching videos from a couple of pilots, you are #1 on my watch list. I think the content is very well done and love the variety of content. At 73 I’m not going to change my hobby but if I did it would be to fly a plane. I think your music at the closing of every video is the best ever! I'll look forward to your trips. 2024 was my year for realizing fun trips in the airplane (as well as Europe on the airlines)... based down the road from where you pick up those Diamonds, I've made it to Albuquerque Balloon Fiesta, Leadville Colorado for my highest airport certificate, around eastern Canada, and then to top it all off, I made it to the Bahamas... all VFR! You have so much fun ahead of you and so many years to enjoy it all. Looking forward to seeing what you do.

When I studied photography my teachers recommended looking at others work, different times and different subjects. I also went into "art" to educate myself on the visual aesthetic. My guess is the same would apply with videography so you have a good start with an interest, (like me), in film...

Hello Haley, I have never posted to the internet and now here is my 3rd post and all three are in reply/comment to your videos! You do an awesome job and I look forward to seeing many more! I hope one of your trips is to Sun n Fun. This will be my 5th year flying into sun n fun in the commander. I also fly into spirit (ksus) relatively often to visit my Daughter and hope to see you there in a shiny diamond one day. I have done limited upgrades to my commander, after having the vacuum pump fail twice I removed that system and went with 2 garmin G5’s I gained 26lbs useful load removing the vacuum system! 😳 I wish I could upgrade the autopilot since I currently only have the century 1 wing leveler but it was quoted for A LOT more than I was expecting and the wing leveler does work and adds peace of mind when IMC, also flying the approaches by hand keeps me young! Lol Keep up the great videos and have a wonderful 2025!

Hello Hayley, I enjoy your videos. When I was younger, I used to ski at Bear Valley Ski Resort. Now that I am older, I snowmobile at Alpine sno-park about two miles away from Bear Valley. New England and do the NYC Hudson SFRA. Hudson skyline route -> get bravo clearance, East River, then Central Park transition back to Hudson. Always a fun trip for my passengers.

You have an advantage of flying new aircraft and seeing what is working together as a system. And I’m guessing you have the age of your plane and it’s setup to form the ideal system setup for the flight plan and your workload to manage your plane. But I’m on the outside looking in. 2 Garmin Gi 275 have made a huge difference for me. My IFR comfort level is way up from my old steamers. You need 3 if you dont already have a good engine monitoring sytem.

I like travel videos, but would like to see some flying footage included. I've been to Europe a number of times and two of the places I really like are Iceland and Southern Germany/Western Austria. You would love the Mediterranean during the summer. I've not been to Asia and have not had a strong urge to go there.

I’ve owned my 1963 P-35 Bonanza since 1990. I’ve added Garmin G500 PFD/MFD, Garmin GTN750/650Txi, GFC 500 autopilot(which is amazing!) and Garmin GTX 345 transponder/ADSB. I would stick with Garmin as it all plays nice with each other!

Always hate detailing the underside, but I try to keep up with it so it’s not super bad each time and I also like to use a creeper to move around under neath, which tends to make it a little easier to do.

Easiest IFR setup will probably be a G500 or G3X paired with a G650, with the supporting equipment. There's Dynon options as well, but whatever you go with, make sure you have a WAAS/certified gps unit.

Regarding your panel upgrade, another young woman, Stevie Treisenberg (sp?) did a refit on her 50s V tail Bonanza which added all the new tech but blends in with the original panel style. She did the same thing with a Cessna 140. She's flown both to Oshkosh and they were featured at, I believe, Garmin. She hasn't posted in a long time, but check it out for ideas. I didn't know about your accident and all the healing you've had to do. You must be one tough woman as well as a fine pilot.

For 2025 I think it would be great and fun for you girls with airplanes and youtube channels to have an aviation "All Girls Fly-in" weekend somewhere and talk aviation. Would be great. Fellow pilots like, FlyWithKay, Stevie Triesenberg, Schmiiindy, Carlee Szarek, Chelsea on Aviation101, and Kinsey for starters. It would be great to see all of you together. Just a thought.

Some people seem to like Dynon and they have a 12 inch. Going digital in an old certified I hear numbers like 60 to 100k+. I'm an advocate of a modern sleek composite LSA with chute where glass might be included. 5x lower running cost and maintenance.
