I normally agree with Hawley, but how can you hold against her who or how she defended a client. The job is to defend the client to the best of her ability. I think she did a good job with her initial responses. She was confident, didn't become flustered and was quick to respond. The robotic response is normal in this type of circumstance because questioneers are activly trying to trip them up and will latch onto any little thing. It's increadibly annoying but understandable. Him trying to vilify her through bad practices of companies she represented is a little silly... do only 'good' people or companies deserve talented representation... OK then who decides who's worthy and who's not, could that be used in a nefarious way to target people or corperations that someone wants out of their way so that they'd not have competition or anyone to speak against them... wait if only everyone had the right to representation...
