This made me think a lot. Considering that a peron with downs syndrone is vulnerable, and because of all of the horrors I have read about of disabled children being sexually abused, I assumed we should not serve alcohol to such people. That they should not have sex. But considering they can not 'grow up' and will stay as they are this maybe a bad idea. It may be better to heavily and carefully invest in their sex ed and help them navigate the adult world as we can not sheild them for life
