Soap recycle

Grinding the old soap bars made it easier to make a semi-liquid mash, which I put into a mold. Your mold can be any size you make, or have at hand. Personally, I prefer a large bar. I simply cut out a Ziploc bag, to insert in the mold. It works out fine and using the grinder, made pulverizing the old soap very easy. (Just don't inhale the dust)

Hi DMM...I have done this too...but with my meat grinder ...added Ivory flakes and hand molded them into balls and shapes with my daughters. If you use a glycerine (clear/colored) fresh bar with it...they are special.
