Your videos make me want to come to Turkey also. I want to hear the call to prayer on the Wind for myself.

Don't get over-emotional on me you two, but every once in a while I get a bit teary eyed about the places you get to see and the people you get to interact with....and think to myself..."I guess I will just see this through the eyes of Tim & Kelsey". I do not have the drive, ambition, or simply the "screw it we are going to do it" mentality you two have to live the dream you ARE living. Please don't ever think anything you see is normal or typical. You have many followers who dream of what you are doing. I hate to always be the one that throws these LONG comments in...but I would rather you see the REAL emotions your videos bring. That way you know without doubt, you are doing something special.

THANK YOU! We love your "long" comments. Glad we can bring you along! Cheers!

Interesting to see some of the mountain village housing built on stilts. Any idea why? My guess would be large winter snow fall? Safe Wandering!!

One thing I've learned form traveling out of the country (and you can see it in your videos) is that people are people, wherever you go. No matter the cultural differences, the grand majority of people are good and friendly. Another gorgeous episode guys. Fantastic editing and storytelling.

I did like it - and its great to see you looking so at home in Turkey. Just the sort of terrain, camping options and friendly locals you like.

they could have gotten more bails on that truck bed 😆

Right?! That is a normally loaded hay truck here and everytime we have to pass one it makes me nervous...I don't think one hay truck would be able to pass another hay truck haha.

Look up the "water bandit" it's a super useful adapter for your water hose, basically a rubber piece that helps seal whatever connection (or lack of) into your hose. Great video!

That was a lovely sunset, camera's have a hard time picking it up as they seem to over expose in the distance as it was doing there as well until it gets quite dusk. It would be interesting to see inside some of those houses, they look so underwhelming on the outside with pure function but what are they like on the inside ...
@SaltySunriseSailing2 жыл бұрын
Yeah, that would be very interesting.

Hi, new fan here :) Great video, not just because of the wonderful and familiar scenery but also because your funny and sincere ways. Too bad I just ‘discovered’ your channel 2 hours ago. In case you wonder why it took me 2 hours to post a comment: I was watching sone of your other videos 😂 Are you still in the Black Sea Region? Regards, Memo.
@SaltySunriseSailing2 жыл бұрын
Hey thanks for watching! We are not near the Black Sea anymore. (The videos are a little behind real time). Cheers!

No need to thank me, I am the one who should thank you… for making and sharing ‘em. Too bad you’re not in the area anymore. I kinda already figured the videos weren’t from now because the mountains seem a bit greener than they are now, but I just wanted to check if you’re still somewhere else in the area. I was born in a lovely little coastal town in that area and still visit the coast and my ancestral highlands often, just like I’m doing now 😉 So I would have loved to show you around and host you. Too bad. Anyway, thanks again! I’ll be looking forward for your new adventures and videos. Have fun and be safe 🙏🏻

you spelled turkey wrong you put a iin there and got the y and e mixed up
You see such fountains all over Turkey because it stems from religious belief, so that people can benefit from these waters in the heat of summer, in short, for charity.
