The vast majority of such Christians did not help the Jews during the Holocaust. To most Holocaust survivors, becoming a Christian is joining the enemy and finishing Hitler's job. My father escaped the holocaust. He met my mom in New York and they married. My father was 20 years older than my mother. My father was 44 years old when I was born. Both are deceased now. In 1984 I came to accept Jewish as the Jewish Messiah. I have two sisters who also came to accept Jesus (Yeshua) but kept it a secret. I on the other hand HAD to tell my father because of this scripture: Mark 8:38 "If anyone is ashamed of me and my words in this adulterous and sinful generation, the Son of Man will be ashamed of them when he comes in his Father's glory with the holy angels.”

When you abided by this scripture, did you receive a blessing? I ask because my late father & I were at loggerheads - he was Armenian Apostolic while I became born again Pentecostal & I was afraid to let him know because he thought it was a cult. One day the Lord put it on my heart to go to his house & lay hands on him. I argued & argued because I didn't want to face my fathers wrath, but I obeyed, I walked into his house, didn't say a word, closed my eyes, laid my hands on his feet & prayed. When I was finished and looked up he was grinning from ear to ear. In the meantime, a cousins daughter overseas was seriously ill with lymphoma, and I was desperately trying to call her for scriptural instruction but the phone lines weren't connecting. My simple act of obedience to do what I really didn't want to do opened up the blessing and restored the phone lines, and not only was my cousins daughter healed, the entire family on my fathers side became born again Christians. All praise & glory to our Lord.

What a wonderful testimony! Praise God. My heart was touched. Somewhere back in my lineage, a young Jewish man in the 1800s came to faith in Jesus, and he became a Baptist minister. God has been moving amongst His people, the Jews, all along, and He won't stop. Even the impending Tribulation is for the salvation of the Jewish nation. He has not forgotten His people.

Wow. This story is inspiring. My grandfather was Jewish and his grandfather was Rabbi Adolph Spiegel in New York City in the late 1800s/early 1900s. My dad wasn’t very religious but I think he may have been a believer to some extent. I wish I would’ve talked to him about Jesus before he passed away. His sister is (I think) a secular Jew from what I gather and I feel God is calling me to talk to her about her Jewish messiah. Please pray for an opportunity and boldness! I don’t know what to say but I know I need to open my mouth.

This beautiful testimony made me cry. I've been reading Holocaust survivors stories since I was a child of 10. I am not Jewish, but felt a strong affinity with them as a people. I cannot say why. I met Jesus as a young child in a Sunday School class. Neither of my parents were Christians. Why my mother dropped me off and picked me up each Sunday, I do not know. She did not know either. My love for God's people continued to grow, and it saddened my heart that many did not know Jesus as their promised Messiah. I began to pray for Jewish eyes to be opened to see Him. He came first for His own, then showed Gentiles His grace and salvation also. The first believers were all Jewish, the entire Bible was scripted by Hebrews with the exception of the Gospel of Luke. It is Jewish from cover to cover and written in that context. To discover the Jewishness of my faith delighted me. I thank God He is continuing to open His chosen people's eyes to the beauty of His Son. Let many mulitudes more come to know the love of the Father through the person of His Son. ❤

I watched a lady on TV who was remembering her family lost to the despotic Hitler. At the end, she described her father as being poetic. She'd found the fragment of a poem. I lift my eyes to the mountains. Where does my help come from? I tried unsuccessfully to contact the tv programme to tell her of Psalm 121. I wonder if she ever learned her father held on to this promise. I'll never forget her.

Yes, we Jews do NOT disbelieve in his existence as a teacher OR a rabbi. The ONLY question we have is whether or not he actually fulfilled the HEBREW prophets foretelling of (not 'a mashiach' but rather...) 'The Mashiach'. There are specific rules that he must follow and one very large thing he must do: to usher in an everlasting era of peace. That's pretty much it. That is the plan of 'The Mashiach'. Not to come BACK and do it on a third or fourth try, but to do it while he is here. That is pretty much all he has to do. Since 'Jesus's' death, mankind has experienced the ultimate era of war, death and destruction. That is not the plan for the HEBREW Mashiach. We have yet to experience the time when swords have been beat into plow shares and farming utensils. In fact, the opposite has happened. We Jews are still awaiting OUR Mashiach. We are completely FINE with the Christians having their own version of a mashiach - as long as they do not attempt to pressure us into believing their mashiach is OURS - because he is not. I personally have been BULLIED all of my life by Christians telling me or threatening me otherwise. We do not do the same to Christians and in fact, we NEVER proselytize to Christians trying to get THEM to leave their faith. That is NOT what WE do. All we ask is the same respect we give you.

Consider His revelation to Daniel by the very same messenger/Angel He then sent to Zachariah in Judah and Miriam in Nazareth - recorded by Luke - a few centuries later.

@@Mighty-ue7bt The ONLY "Jews" (as you so erroneously call them) that "accept the lie" of a false prophet are ones that are what is sometimes called 'secular' which is interpreted as non-knowing and non-practicing. REAL Jews who have grown up knowing the difference between a pagan god and what was prophesized as The (Hebrew - NOT Christian) Mashiach know better. The Hebrew scripture (the one that actually prophesized about Mashiach) actually WARNS and PREDICTS false prophets and gives specific signs on how to recognize them. Non-secular Jews are not studied or raised within the faith of the One True G-d are easily led astray. It is easy for pagans to influence those who were raised as nothing at all especially if they have not studied Hebrew scripture - ESPECIALLY if they are hooked on drugs or have other stressors in their life and are looking for quick solutions or a group of people to 'take them in' and pagans take advantage of those poor souls. Finally, Christians need to accept that there is a very large difference between the Christian messiah and the Jewish Mashiach. They are NOT the same. The Christians and the Jews worship two DIFFERENT 'gods' and they are very different religions that do not even resemble each other. It doesn't do any good to threaten us with your HFB (Hell, Fire and Brimstone) when those are simply not Jewish concepts. We laugh and chuckle about it.

What was impressed upon me from this interview was just how small seeds can make such a big impact. Just that lady’s neighbor telling her not to use Jesus’ name as a curse word was enough to spur the curiosity on enough to progress to real living faith later down the road…you never know what seeds are gunna grow.
