Love your t-shirt! This as the best video discussing sobo hiking that I’ve seen. I’ve watched a few but your the only sobo I’m following. I’m gonna be nobo next year but this was still very helpful. Cobweb Rose hiked nobo last year & had a really good video on this area & on buying permits & getting membership deals. Thanks

Great question! I think the answer is that you hope another thru hiker has space for you in their reservation the next night or you’re stuck having to maybe hike out to Abol Bridge Campground? I’m just crossing my fingers that doesn’t happen! 🤞🏻

My friends and I stayed at the 100 Mile Inn right in the middle of Millinocket after our AT thru hike (NOBO) and it was very cozy. The owners are amazing and picked us up from Katahdin stream campground. The hostel is about a 5 minute walk from them.
