Authorities have released shocking new information about a case involving a Camarillo man who is currently behind bars for one murder and was recently linked with another.
Rotherie Durell Foster, 38, was arrested last year in connection with the murder of 35-year-old José Antonio Velásquez, who was reported missing in July 2022 and whose body was found months later off Mulholland Drive in the Santa Monica Mountains. Foster and Velásquez knew each other and were both plumbers, officials from the Ventura County District Attorney's Office and Sheriff's Office said.
KTLA's Mary Beth McDade reports on May 23, 2024.

@cherylalt101

No. They found the co-workers body. Killer was arrested. Then while investigating co-worker's murder further, the police discovered another dead guy with suspicious deposits into killer's account. They exhumed that guy's body and found he died from fentanyl overdose just like the co-worker. Now he's charged with two murders. And he'd already served time in the past for manslaughter. Let's hope he wasn't doing any plumbing jobs on the side cause they'll never be able to track down if he murdered any of those folks. They company needs to find out if they have any other missing or dead workers or customers.

@GizmoMaltese
@GizmoMaltese 4 ай бұрын
@@iloled2924 There have been actual studies done that show that African Americans got longer sentences for the same crimes. This case has nothing to do with race. He was sentenced to 16-years for voluntary manslaughter when he was a teenager in 2002. He was paroled in 2018. We don't know anything about his case to say he got a light sentence. 16 years when you're a teenager is not a light sentence. When are they going to hold white people like Elizabeth Holmes accountable? She stole hundreds of millions and got 11 years. Someone living in a poor neighborhood stealing $20K would spend more time in prison than her. If you want to be a racist then look at who commits these massive financial frauds. But you won't do that because that doesn't fit your narrative. Moreover, this guy is more of a serial killer. And we know what group has a bunch of those.

Just recently in a town about 20 minutes away from me an officer did harm to a young lady ( saying his body cam went off, he didn’t realize a business camera caught all of it) that police department had not done a background check on an officer 😡and then found out he had been fired from a previous job for similar circumstances, also an officer from ( I believe) Virginia or west Virginia met a woman online in Colorado, she broke up with him and he drove to Colorado and killed her family and kidnapped her, he had mental health issues prior and had lost a previous job, that department hired him and didn’t do a background check, so if they aren’t checking officers they’re probably not checking anyone 😡

Wait … an autopsy was not needed? Start asking questions to the local DA and remove her from public “service”. I don’t care if the victim is black white brown or red or green. There needs to be accountability in our public and political officials. Everyone is so quick to instantly blame a man or woman for their horrific actions but nobody is willing to speak out on the public officials who handle these cases. They release them. Just recently a man was released on 1,000,000 dollar bail for murder in LA.
