Try this Full Body HIIT Workout. How many circuits can you do in 3 minutes? Each circuit consists of:
'10 Jumping Jacks'
'10 Jump Lunges'
'10 Push-Ups'
'10 Back Rows'
'10 High Knees'
Use a resistance band for the back rows. If you don't have one, you can use water bottles, or simply perform the exercise motion and squeeze your back muscles together.
