What's up guys! Today's video is change of direction quickness training for athletes. It's speed and power training for soccer, so we have some of our elite soccer players in here working on being quick, explosive, and strong during change of direction movements. You'll hear me say in the video that the more force we can load with, the more force we can explode with, so that's the goal of the session today. We want to be strong into the transition, so that we can be explosive coming out of the transitions. This is a really good session for elite athletes looking to become explosively quick and powerful!
