They're both very good boots, but also entirely different when it comes to fit and feel. It's not a matter of better or worse, it's a matter of preference. Your position and playing style also has nothing to do with what boots you should wear.

Hey Josh, I just got a pair of legend 7s and after wearing them for a while, on my right feet, my pinky toes seems to fall off the insoles making it feel a little uncomfortable like the edge of the insole is caught in between my 2nd last and pinky toes. Is there a way to remedy this? The shoes are in the correct size though. Thanks! And continue the good work Josh!!

I've never heard of that happening on any shoe. I would maybe try using some tape of glue to secure the underside of the insole so it can't move.

for people saying are these boots good for shooting. Stop any boot is good for shooting its not the boot its you! Practice your finishing, shooting, freekicks, boots may help you a tiny bit to get your foot around the ball but your not going to be able to put some boots on and shoot a knuckleball...

It's a completely different material. The softness doesn't really matter too much because the overall fit of the X 17.2 just isn't that great. The Purespeed and X 17.1 are far better shoes.
