College is different because mostly everyone there is there to "get in and get out" of college because they have their own lives, and friends already, so they are more aquaintences.

constantly checking to see if your earbuds are too loud is me during every class. Which is ironic because the only way i can make it through out an entire school day is if i have them . I like to keep one in and one out during class to distract myself from thinking that every one is staring at me luv ur videos btw. 💜💜💜💜

thank you so much. I am a 26 yrs old girl living in Australia as an international student, and I have exactly same symptoms that you've been going though. Watching your video helped me so much cuz I always thought that I am the only one who has these kind of symptoms and I was so lonely. But you kinda gave me hope that I can be better and cure my social anxiety. Thank you so much! and hope you keep uploading your video:)

This is really common. I would ask - have you ever tried meditation? Meditation can instill positive energy in all aspects of life, including staying calm under pressure. I recorded a few videos to help folks like us get started with meditation.

I can't even begin to tell how how much I relate to you. I've recently discovered your videos and I think that watching them makes me feel less stressed about having SA because I don't feel so alone lol. I'm going to start college this year and I'm extremely worried about not overcoming the anxiety.

The cure for Social Anxiety Disorder is CBT and changing your thoughts. That's how I got over mine. I'm 95% cured and I'm basically free.😊 I'm working now too as a stand worker at a basketball/hockey arena, where there are tons of people walking around. But it's all good now.🖒 +Mo....I'm proud of you. If you and I can overcome our terrible anxiety....anybody can do it.😊😉👌 My social anxiety was extremely bad and I overcame it over the past few years.

In work situations, meditation has helped me so much to overcome my social anxiety. Have you tried meditating? It doesn’t take long to get started and there are a lot of great resources on KZbin to help.

I always thought but... she's touching her hair too often. I wonder why. I'm sure it has some reason in psychologically.
