Social Capital and Environmental Management. Organizational learning.

This lecture continues a closer look at some of the environmental management practices that Lucas in her article classifies as Social Capital. Additionally, the idea of organizational learning and learning from mistakes is presented.
At the end, approximately 20 PPT slides from the lecture on Human Capital and this lecture are repeated and shown for 8 seconds a piece as a review.
This lecture can be considered a part of the Environmental Studies Program at Malmö University.
