It’s totally worth the hype. Brilliantly written and with a plot that leaves you shocked after every chapter. Btw...a synopsis usually as fine as long as you don’t give away major plots. There should be no reason for anyone to feel that you ‘ruined’ the plot. Personally, I didn’t hear any huge spoilers here.

Omg this sounds so incredible, I listened to the whole spoiler part because I didn't think I would be interested in it but even now that I know the storyline I wanna read it so badly 😍

This sounds a lot like "The Talented Mr. Ripley" - which is a book/movie I love - so I'll probably pick it up! Loved the video.

I think I've read this book around 10 times! One aspect to the book and what keeps it from sinking as the story progresses is the secondary cast of characters. They're all very strong. I think Cordelia really emerges as the strongest character. A good novel always has a character who is the Greek Chorus. In this book it's Cordelia as the 'good' Greek Chorus, or the Comedy, and Hal Upchurch as the 'bad' or Tragedy,

Yep you sold me!!! I am going to get this book :) DANG IT CASEY!!! Why can't you review books that I know for a fact I'm not going to like or get? I have not watched a review video completely in a while. You're gonna make me go broke lol 😫

Hey, I love watching your honest rants on YA books. I was wondering if you have ever read The Duff, or at least watched the movie, because that book has too many issues. I think that back when it was published it got so much coverage but so few honest reviews, and in the end I could only find a few people on Booktube that were giving their honest opinions. I would love to see you make a commentary on it, since you have such a unique way of reviewing books and because some themes of The Duff are very damaging and should be addressed, instead of just fading away with time.

I read the book and enjoyed it. I swear I read a similar book last year. Can’t recall title. It involved a girl making friends with a rich girl who is a social butterfly.

Bad Girl’s with perfect faces was one of the worst books I ever read. I find it extremely unrealistic and sometimes the dialogue was complete cringe and I feel like it was too short for such a good story (a good plot idea that was badly written)
