Working in the social welfare sector in Singapore, I decided to look up more on Case Management and stumbled upon this video. Although it was not what I was looking for to solve my current problem, I thought that this was a really well shot video. This narrative-documentary style relayed to me what being a school-based Case Manager is like: Taking a holistic view of education and social support. Well done.

I am very grateful to have this type of resource on KZbin. I am transitioning out of a 14 year career in public education, and needing to see what other fields and jobs actually look like. After a very long job search, coming upon this resource was a breath of fresh air. Thank you Carlos for sharing your 'corazon grande' with these young people!

Great video! This is exactly what I want to do after completing my degree in Human Services! It would be nice to know if this type of case management job position requires a master's.
