PAINTING A GIANT WALL MURAL // My Biggest Project Ever!

Today on SoCraftastic we're PAINTING A GIANT WALL MURAL in my art filming studio! It's the BIGGEST project I've ever created! Let's transform a boring, blank wall into a pastel rainbow one with doodles & paint splatters. In addition to acrylic latex wall paints in black & white I use a variety of cheap, acrylic paints from the craft store along with Posca Paint Pens for doodles. Draw, doodle, splatter, & paint to create a custom wall transformation! #SoCraftastic

I really don't know which season or holiday I like decorating for most, (I enjoy decorating for all of it - even though I haven't really decorated for anything, for several years). WOW!!!!! That's a beautiful mural! LOVE IT!!! =) My favourite part is the pastel rainbow area, but the whole thing is awesome!!! =)

Congrats on finishing!! Hi Sarah! Watching from Vancouver Canada and it's awesome that you had the courage and creativity to do your own mural in your art room. I think it totally represents your personality in the sense that there are some aspects of the design which are more meticulous (drawing the perfect lines, doing the finishing touches) while also, there is the part where you just splattered the paint (which I think it represents just being spontaneous and wanting to create something, just having fun with it without really thinking much of what anyone thinks, and we're just enjoying the process). I think it's awesome how you reflected your various sides as an artist and craft maker in this. I've been part of the Socraftastic family since 2014 and are very happy to see you inspired and motivated to do something like this.
